Brenda Youness

Brenda Youness, Associate Broker, ABR, SFR, RCC, CNHS, is a full time REALTOR® who
combines her love for the industry with her passion for design.  Prior to her real estate career,
Brenda was owner of a successful children’s clothing design/manufacturing/retail business in
Lenexa, and has also taught fashion design at JCCC.  As a business owner she learned the value
of negotiation in all aspects of her business, and as an employer of 55 people she learned to be
organized, efficient and detail oriented. These attributes have been an asset to Brenda’s clients
as she represents buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She has been an on-site agent for
new construction since the onset of her real estate career in 2006, gaining important knowledge
to impart to her clients who desire new homes, and she loves assisting buyers every step of the
home-building process from plans to completion. She is currently marketing The Willows
community in Olathe, one of Johnson County’s newest subdivisions in the Blue Valley Schools.

or selling process.
As a licensed broker in Kansas and Missouri, Brenda has helped buyers and sellers across the
Kansas City metro area. That coupled with her expertise of having built, renovated, and sold
numerous properties in the Johnson County area, she would love to be the go-to resource for all

Brenda has no difficulty in filling her down time. She loves spending time with her
grandchildren and is lucky to live next door to two of them. Her creative outlet is painting
abstract art and she often uses her paintings when staging homes. Brenda is involved in the
Stephen Ministry program at her church, and loves to garden, cook for friends, entertain, and
travel whenever she can fit it in. She shares her home with a furry “kid”—her dog Archie.
